The Story
Every breakthrough starts with a question no one else was willing to ask twice.
For the founders of Loriox Life Sciences, that question was simple:
What if medicines weren’t just made to treat disease, but to restore dignity to the people living with it?
Founded in 2018 in India, Loriox began in a 2000 sq. ft. R&D lab with 3 scientists, 1 HPLC machine, and a belief that access to quality healthcare should not depend on geography or income. The name “Loriox” comes from Lore + Oxygen — the wisdom of science, and the life it sustains.
What started as research into affordable generics for chronic conditions quickly grew into something bigger. We saw patients skipping doses, doctors compromising on quality, and supply chains breaking where they were needed most. So we decided to build differently.

We’re 500+ people — chemists, regulators, sales teams, QA auditors, and field representatives who drive thousands of kilometres to ensure that stockists in Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 towns have medicines available on the shelf.
